About the Organization
The Indian Council of Medical Research — National Institute of Nutrition (ICMR-NIN) is one of India’s oldest and most prestigious research institutions. Located in Hyderabad, it functions under the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) and is dedicated to research in nutrition and related biomedical sciences. ICMR-NIN is seeking a qualified legal professional to join its team as Young Professional-II (Legal) to handle its legal matters and documentation work.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
✅ Law Graduate (LLB) from a University or Institution recognized by UGC
✅ Must be enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of the State in which the candidate is currently practicing
Experience Required:
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience after enrolment in dealing with:
— Civil Cases
— Service Matters
— Labor Cases
— Arbitration Cases
✅ Exposure to drafting of:
— Agreements
— MoUs (Memorandum of Understanding)
— Deeds and other legal documents
Age Limit:
✅ Maximum age limit: 40 years
Age relaxation as per government rules where applicable
Important Note on Selection:
While considering applications for Young Professionals, the ranking of the Institution as provided under established framework shall be a deciding factor in the selection process. Candidates from higher ranked institutions will be given preference.
