Eligibility Criteria
Post 1 — Assistant Law Officer
Who Can Apply:
Officers of Central Government, State Government, Union Territory, recognized Research Institute, Autonomous Bodies, Statutory Bodies or PSUs who satisfy the following conditions:
Service Requirement (Any One):
✅ Currently holding an analogous post on regular basis
OR
✅ Minimum five years of regular service in Level 6 (Rs. 35,400-1,12,400/-) of Pay Matrix
Educational Qualification:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized University or Institution
Experience Required (Any One):
✅ Four years of experience as a Legal Practitioner
OR
✅ Four years of experience in handling legal work in Government Department, PSU, Autonomous Body or Statutory Organization
Post 2 — Legal Assistant
Who Can Apply:
Officers of Central Government, State Government, Union Territory, recognized Research Institute, Autonomous Bodies, Statutory Bodies or PSUs who satisfy the following conditions:
Service Requirement (Any One):
✅ Currently holding an analogous post on regular basis
OR
✅ Minimum three years of regular service after appointment on regular basis in Level 6 (Rs. 35,400-1,12,400/-) of Pay Matrix or equivalent grade
Educational Qualification:
✅ Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized University
