WHAT WE PUBLISH
At Legal Paath Research we publish the following
categories of legal content for our readers:
1. Latest Judgments
We publish detailed summaries and analyses of the
most important and recent judgments delivered by
the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts
across the country on a regular basis. Every judgment
published on Legal Paath Research is sourced directly
from official court websites including the Supreme
Court of India website (sci.gov.in) and the official
websites of respective High Courts. Each judgment
summary includes the full case name and citation,
the facts of the case explained in simple language,
the legal issues involved, the court’s decision and
reasoning and the key legal principles established
by the judgment. We also highlight the relevance
of each judgment for judiciary examinations and
legal practice.
2. Landmark Judgments
We publish comprehensive topic wise analyses of
landmark judgments that have shaped and defined
Indian law across all its branches. Our landmark
