Paath Coaching, we believe that ethical conduct
is not merely a legal or regulatory requirement
— it is the very foundation upon which trust
is built and upon which everything we do at
Legal Paath Coaching rests. Every piece of
content we publish, every interaction we have
with our readers and students and every
decision we make as an organization is guided
by our deep and unwavering commitment to the
highest ethical standards in legal publishing

Legal Paath Coaching was founded by Rajveer
Singh, Jaya Mishra and Vansikha Garg with a
singular vision — to make quality legal education
accessible to every law student and judiciary
aspirant across India with complete integrity,

This Ethics Policy sets out in comprehensive
detail the personal, organizational and corporate
standards of behavior that Legal Paath Research
and Legal Paath Coaching expect from every
member of our team, every contributor to our
platform and from ourselves as an organization.

This Ethics Policy applies to all founders,
editors, writers, contributors, staff members
and anyone else who works with or for Legal
Paath Research and Legal Paath Coaching in

or paying client has any influence
whatsoever over any editorial

organization, politician or
government body has any influence

Paath Research. No law firm, legal
institution, bar association or
any other legal body has any
influence over any editorial
decision or any piece of content
published on Legal Paath Research.
No personal relationship, personal
interest or personal consideration
of any member of the Legal Paath
Coaching team influences any
editorial decision or any piece
of content published on Legal
Paath Research.

Every editorial decision made at
Legal Paath Research is made solely
on the basis of journalistic merit,
legal accuracy and the educational
value of the content for our readers.

Accuracy and Verification

We are absolutely committed to
publishing only accurate and verified
legal information. We will never
knowingly publish incorrect,
misleading or unverified legal
information. All legal information
we publish is sourced from official
and authoritative sources and is

1.3 Advertising and Commercial Ethics

The following organizational ethical
standards apply to our advertising
and commercial activities:

We accept advertising on Legal Paath
Research only from advertisers whose
products and services we consider
appropriate and relevant for our
audience of law students, judiciary
aspirants and legal professionals.
We do not accept advertising from
advertisers whose products or
services we consider harmful,
misleading, inappropriate or
contrary to the interests of our
community.

All advertising on Legal Paath
Research is clearly marked as
advertising and visually
distinguished from our editorial
content so that readers can always
clearly distinguish between
editorial content and commercial
content.

We never accept payment for
favorable editorial coverage of
any individual, organization,
law firm, institution or product
under any circumstances. Our
editorial coverage is never for
sale.

We never publish paid content
disguised as editorial content.
All sponsored content on Legal
Paath Research is clearly and
prominently labeled as sponsored
content.

All commercial relationships
entered into by Legal Paath
Coaching are conducted on
ethical and transparent terms
and are always disclosed where
required by our transparency
commitments.

Legal Paath Research and Legal Paath
Coaching are fully committed to
respecting and protecting the privacy
of our readers, students and all
individuals whose information we

The following personal ethical
standards apply to every founder,

staff member of Legal Paath Research
and Legal Paath Coaching:

2.1 Honesty and Integrity

Every member of the Legal Paath
Coaching team is expected to conduct
themselves with complete honesty
and integrity in all their
professional activities. This means:

Always being truthful in all
professional communications and
interactions. Never misrepresenting
facts, credentials or affiliations
in any professional context. Never
engaging in any form of deception,
fraud or dishonesty in any
professional activity. Always
acting in accordance with the
ethical standards set out in
this policy.

2.2 Conflicts of Interest

Every member of the Legal Paath
Coaching team is required to
identify and disclose any actual
or potential conflict of interest
before undertaking any work that
may be affected by that conflict.
A conflict of interest exists
when a personal, financial or
professional interest of a team
member could influence or appear
to influence their professional
judgment or their editorial
decisions.

Examples of conflicts of interest
that must be disclosed include:

A personal or professional
relationship with a party
involved in a case being covered
on Legal Paath Research. A
financial interest in an
organization or institution
being discussed in content
published on Legal Paath Research.
A personal, political or
ideological commitment that

work created by the team member

2.4 Respect and Professionalism

Every member of the Legal Paath
Coaching team is expected to
conduct themselves with the
highest level of respect and
professionalism in all their
interactions with readers,
students, colleagues, sources
and all other individuals they
interact with in their
professional capacity:

Always treating readers,
students and colleagues with
respect, courtesy and
professionalism regardless
of their background, identity
or views.

Never engaging in any form
of harassment, discrimination

Never making personal attacks

in the course of their work

and internal communications.
Confidential information about
our readers and students including
their personal data and
correspondence with us.
Confidential information about
our sources and contributors.
Any other information that is
designated as confidential by
the organization.

2.6 Social Media Conduct

Every member of the Legal Paath
Coaching team is expected to
conduct themselves professionally
and responsibly on social media:

Team members must make clear
when expressing personal views
on social media that those views
are their own personal views and
do not represent the views of
Legal Paath Coaching or Legal
Paath Research.

Team members must not publish
any content on social media
that could embarrass, harm or
bring into disrepute Legal Paath
Coaching or Legal Paath Research.

Team members must not publish
any unverified or false legal
information on social media.

Team members must conduct
themselves with respect and
professionalism in all social
media interactions.

3.1 Corporate Governance

Legal Paath Coaching is governed
by its three co-founders Rajveer
Singh, Jaya Mishra and Vansikha
Garg who are jointly responsible
for all organizational decisions
and for ensuring that Legal Paath
Coaching operates in accordance
with the highest standards of
corporate ethics and good governance.

all applicable laws and regulations.

in all organizational activities

and promoting the rule of law
and access to justice in India
through our legal education

3.3 Social Responsibility

Legal Paath Coaching believes
strongly in its social
responsibility to the broader
Indian legal education community
and to Indian society as a whole.
We fulfill this responsibility by:
